Client Billing
How we bill. How to pay.
Every engagement is billed through one invoice a month, sent from omnifyseo.com. Here is what it looks like, how to settle it, and the terms behind it. No guesswork for your accounts payable.
What Your Invoice Looks Like
It arrives by email from omnifyseo.com with the subject "Invoice" and its number. Same parts, same order, every month.
The Omni mark and our name at the top, then the invoice number and the due date.
Who it is prepared for and our own address, with the date issued.
Each line named plainly. The setup fee (once), the retainer for the month it covers, and agent usage for the month just ended. Nothing you did not agree to in writing.
One total, one button. The button opens a payment page on omnifyseo.com. Nowhere else.
The terms, our phone number and the verification note under the button. Every invoice, every time.
How to Pay
Three ways. Card is fastest and marks the invoice paid the moment it goes through.
Card
Press the button in the invoice email. It opens a secure payment page on omnifyseo.com that accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Marked paid at once. A receipt follows by email.
Bank Transfer
Reply to the invoice email and ask for bank details. We send them from the same address and confirm them by phone if you ask.
Marked paid when funds land, usually one to two business days. Put the invoice number in the transfer memo.
Check by Mail
Make the check payable to OmnifySEO, write the invoice number on it, and mail it to us.

Marked paid when the check clears. Allow for the post.
The Standard Terms
The same six terms sit on every invoice. No fine print anywhere else.
The initial engagement runs three months from the first invoice. After that it continues month to month.
Once the first three months are complete, either side may end the engagement with 30 days written notice. Email counts as writing.
The setup fee is charged once, on the first invoice, and never again for the same engagement.
The monthly retainer is invoiced in advance for the month it covers, on or near the same date each month.
Each invoice is due on the date shown at its top. Card payments are marked paid at once, bank and check payments when funds land.
Anything we agree to beyond the retainer is put in writing first, before it appears on an invoice.
Agent usage is billed monthly in arrears. The agents that work your account consume compute, measured in tokens. Each invoice carries one line for the previous month so you see exactly what ran and what it cost.

Is This Invoice Genuine?
Every invoice we send goes through omnifyseo.com and its payment button opens a page on that same domain. Check the address bar before you enter a card.
We never ask for gift cards, wire transfers to a new account, cryptocurrency, or a change of bank details by email alone. Bank details are confirmed by phone on request.
If anything looks off, call (801) 528-8677, the number on this page, not a number in the email, and read us the invoice number.
