Delivery. The complete file within 72 hours of payment as an encrypted PDF, with the opening code sent to your mobile. The field supplement (two test calls and one mystery quote) within 7 days. A refreshed file every quarter. A monthly alert by text or email when something in their market moves.

Said plainly. The file stands alone: $999 buys the file and its twelve months of refreshes and alerts, complete, with nothing else to buy and no need to ever speak to us. If you do want the moves made for you, that is your option, not a condition: begin a retainer within 90 days and the $999 is credited in full against the setup fee. When we prepare a file on your competitor, your competitor may be offered the mirror file on you. The first to unlock blocks the other from ever buying theirs. If your competitor then engages the desk before you do, the market seat is theirs; if you engage first, it is yours.

Refund. Full refund if the file is not delivered within 72 hours of your order. Once delivered, the file is not refundable.
